• There is also provision to make entry manually.
  
• Staff attendance system is integrated with staff management system for the purpose of leave management, attendance for substitute assign and other purposes.
• Visitor’s attendance will record purpose to visit, checked-in/out date/ time, department and person visited etc.

For Student Attendance System:

• Attendance entry for pre defined group can be made.
• Attendance system will be integrated with dynamic time-table module, so we can find numerous reports like class wise attendance,
• Future attendance entry should be supported (in case of pre-informed leaved etc)
• Different code should be used to indicate attendance at institute, out side the institute (for example nss camp), leave type and absent etc.
• Disciplinary actions and any other remark entry should be supported.
• All reports should be implemented with the help of third party tool like crystal report to provide full functionalities (export as a doc or other format).
• Any report can be generated by web-browser and database interaction.
• User authentications and roles for the system should be supported.
• Locking system should be provided for different hierarchy, so once administrator locks attendance, no one can alter it.
• Easy navigation from one report to other report like yearly to monthly, and monthly to daily report will available in convenient manner.
• The assign faculty can make manual entry even any other faculty cannot alter it or made the entry.
